To detect and prevent unlawful or unethical conduct at an early stage, we provide a certified, secure whistleblowing system (BKMS® System).Employees, business partners, and customers can use it to report potential violations—such as corruption, fraud, or other irregularities—anonymously at any time and from anywhere in the world. The confidentiality and anonymity of whistleblowers are fully protected both technically and legally.All incoming reports are carefully reviewed. Where necessary, we initiate appropriate measures for clarification and sanctions.
Whistleblowers can also contact official bodies such as the Federal Office of Justice (BfJ), BaFin, or the Federal Cartel Office. The full protection of the German Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) also applies here. An overview of the external reporting offices can be found on the Federal Office of Justice’s website.
